Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs for 10 minutes.
  2. Peel and dice the onion and sauté in the hot fat until translucent. Sweat the curry and flour in it. Deglaze with the stock and cream and bring to the boil. Cook the peas in it for 5 minutes. Cut the ham into strips and add. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Peel and halve the eggs and arrange in the sauce. Rice tastes good with it.
