Instructions

  1. Finely mash the peeled eggs in a bowl and mix well with the other ingredients.
  2. Instead of the honey mustard (or honey mustard sauce from the jar) you can also use normal mustard and some honey or possibly some sugar. Season to your own taste, if you like, you can of course add more mustard, possibly also some anchovy paste.
  3. If possible, let it steep for a while, well chilled.
