Cut the tomatoes into slices. Put on a pan and fry the tomatoes in plenty of oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion halfway through the cooking time. Fry everything well, but only allow the onions to become translucent. Add pepper and salt.
Mix the eggs in a mug and add the milk. Turn off the stove and pour the egg mixture over the tomatoes and let them set. Stop stirring and make sure that nothing burns.
