Instructions
Boil the eggs hard and let them cool, finely mash the tuna with a fork, stir together the tuna, creme fraiche and mayonnaise. Chop the eggs, finely chop the chives, stir both into the tuna cream. Season with salt and pepper.
Cover the baguette with a salad and spread it!
