Instructions

  1. The ham is cut into small cubes. You can also choose to use ready-made bacon, but it tastes better with ham.
  2. Spread the oil in the coated pan. Spread half of the ham cubes on the bottom of the pan. Beat the 5 eggs on the bacon. Now set the heat to the lowest level.
  3. Spread the rest of the ham on top, as well as the onion, which has to be cut into cubes. If you like, you can add fresh parsley.
