Instructions

  1. Cut the onion into rings and fry in a pan until lightly brown. In the meantime, put the eggs with the garlic, paprika powder, granulated broth, habaneros (cut into small pieces) in a bowl and stir. Add to the browned onions and let set like scrambled eggs.
  2. Fresh rolls and chopped fresh tomatoes are served with it.
