Put all ingredients with some crushed ice in a shaker, shake, then either add crushed ice or ice cubes and strain through a sieve into a large cocktail glass or pour cocktail directly into the glass. For other glasses you can simply use less pineapple juice.
In addition to the obligatory straw, pineapple, physalis, star fruit or skewers with fruit are suitable as decoration.
This is the recipe from my favorite Australian bar, the cocktail goes fantastic with any kind of BBQ or grilled food.
