Instructions
Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes.
Dice the streaky bacon and onions and let them turn glassy in the margarine. Add the potato cubes with the sliced sausages to the onion and bacon mixture.
Top up with the broth and cook for about 30 minutes.
Season the soup with salt, pepper and parsley.
