This supplement is steamed in the sieve insert. The vitamins and minerals are better preserved through this method. It also makes the taste much more intense.
Place the sieve insert in a saucepan and fill in enough water that it just barely reaches the sieve insert. Take the sieve out again, cover the pot, put it on the stove and let it heat up on the highest level. Wash the zucchini well and cut into approx. 2mm thick slices. Place the slices on the sieve insert, sprinkle with bouillon powder and season with pepper. As soon as the water starts to boil, reduce the heat and place the sieve insert with the zucchini in it. Covered approx. 5 - 10 minutes. Steam firm to soft to the bite.
Take the pot off the stove and take out the sieve insert.
Carefully place the zucchini in a bowl, season with savory and pour a little cooking water over it.
If you like, you can add salt, pepper and coriander to your taste.
