Instructions

  1. Cook the ribbon noodles according to the instructions on the packet, drain, rinse and set aside.
  2. Melt margarine or butter in a large pan, fry the diced onions in it until translucent. Also cut the ham into cubes and add to it. Then turn the stove down a bit. Add cheese and let it melt. Pour tomato paste into the mixture and stir in. Pour in the cream and turn the stove back up. Add frozen stir-fried vegetables and let them get hot. Do not add any water! Now add the pasta to the pan and mix everything well. Season as required with pepper, salt, broth and herbs of your choice.
  3. Arrange on large plates and sprinkle with herbs if necessary.
