- Scrape out the vanilla pod and add the pulp to the saucepan.
- Put the pod with the other spices in a tea bag, close it and add to the pot with all the other ingredients.
- Bring to the boil while stirring and let it simmer for 4 minutes according to the instructions on the packet. Stir more often.
- Then immediately pour it boiling hot into well-cleaned glasses with twist-off lids.
- The lids should be boiled for about 5 minutes beforehand so that they are sterile.
- After closing the jars, turn them upside down for 5 minutes.
- I use preserving sugar 1: 1 because there are no preservatives in this sugar.
- If there are no fresh juices on hand, you can also use natural juices from the health food store.
