Instructions

  1. Put the elderberry juice, blueberries, preserving sugar and lemon juice, vanilla pulp and pod into a large saucepan and bring to the boil while stirring. Remove the vanilla pod, purée the mixture briefly, add the vanilla pod again and bring to the boil again. Let it simmer for 4 minutes. Remove the vanilla pod. Then immediately pour into prepared glasses.
  2. Makes 7 glasses of 200 ml each.
