- Boil the plucked berries well with the water, pour them through a sieve (you have often turned them through the Lotte liquor) and then pour them through a fine sieve again.
- Return to the saucepan, add sugar and bring everything to the boil. Remove from heat, add vanilla sugar. Let it get cold.
- Add vodka and pour into prepared bottles.
- I usually make double the amount with 2 kg of sugar and then it becomes 7 bottles.
