Rinse and pluck elderberries and cherries. Wash the orange, peel one half thinly, rub off another quarter. Squeeze both oranges. Mix everything with the ingredients (except yoghurt, mascarpone) and let it steep for 1 to 1.5 hours.
Put everything in a saucepan, bring to the boil and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes. Let cool, remove the orange peel pieces and cinnamon. Add yogurt and serve ice-cold.
