- Dip the elderflower several times in cold water until they are clean! Drain on kitchen paper.
- Make a thick pancake batter from flour, milk, eggs and salt!
- Pull the drained elderflower through the thick dough and fry in the 180 degree hot fat while swimming!
- Then remove excess fat on kitchen paper and generously sprinkle with the sugar-cinnamon mixture!
