Ingredients

• 8 tablespoon white wine vinegar
• 8 tablespoon syrup, (elderflower syrup)
• 4 teaspoons mustard, grainier
• 225 ml oil
• salt
• Ground pepper
• sugar

Instructions

1. Mix the first 4 ingredients with a hand blender and season to taste with the remaining ingredients.
2. Optionally, you can also use other syrups, vinegar and mustard - there are hardly any limits to the variety!
3. Amount sufficient for a bottle of 400 ml.
