Instructions

  1. Clean the peppers, green onions, cauliflower and roots and cut into pieces.
  2. Cauliflower and roots were boiled in salt water for 5 minutes.
  3. Then I spread the vegetables with pepper and mustard seeds, bay leaves and dill on the glasses.
  4. Now I have brought the vinegar to the boil with the water and the sugar.
  5. Finally, cover the glasses almost to the brim so that the vegetables are covered with the stock.
  6. Put the lid on and after 3 days boil the brew again and fill it up again, close tightly with the lids.
  7. Should last for months now.
