Instructions

  1. Peel the onion and garlic. Cut both into small cubes. Cut the zucchini and bell pepper into cubes.
  2. Let the rice cook.
  3. Let the oil get hot in a pan. Sauté the onion in it and then add the garlic and vegetables. Let everything sauté well and then add the peeled tomatoes (cut into small pieces with the sauce). Add the rice and season everything with the herbs and spices.
