Instructions

  1. Cook the gnocchi in salted water until cooked through. Chop the basil leaves. Melt the butter in a large pan and stir in half of the parmesan. Add the cream and bring to the boil. Season with salt and pepper. Put the drained gnocchi and basil in the pan, stir everything briefly, distribute on plates, sprinkle with the remaining parmesan and serve immediately.
