Mix the flour, eggs, milk, 3 tablespoons of sugar, baking powder and salt to form a smooth dough. Squeeze the lemon. Quarter and core the pears, cut into wedges, drizzle with lemon juice and stir into the batter.
Heat 10g butter in a pan and add a quarter of the batter. Bake 4 pancakes one after the other until golden brown.
Put the ice cream on the warm pancakes, mix the remaining sugar with the cinnamon and sprinkle on top. Serve the warm pancakes with the ice cream immediately.
