Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the packet.
Dice the onion and tomatoes, cut the garlic cloves and chilli pepper into fine slices. Wash the rocket and chop it up a little.
Heat the oil in a large pan and melt the butter in it. Sauté the onion in it until translucent, add the garlic, the chilli pepper and the almonds and fry together a little. Then add the tomatoes and fry a little too.
Put the cooked spaghetti in the pan and mix everything together well. Season with salt and pepper. Finally mix in the rocket and gorgonzola and serve immediately.
