Fry the minced meat in hot oil. Clean the cabbage and cut into small pieces. Briefly fry the cabbage and deglaze with about 3/4 liter of water. Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes and add. Add 2 tablespoon instant stock and season with pepper, caraway seeds, salt and nutmeg. Let simmer for about 30 minutes.
Tip: Children often taste better if they simply serve mashed potatoes instead of the boiled potatoes!
