Instructions

  1. Clean and wash the endive salad, cut into strips and drain. Boil, peel and dice the potatoes. Cut the herring fillets into small cubes of the same size, dice the paprika very finely, mix carefully into the salad. For the marinade, mix the vinegar and oil together. Peel and finely dice the onion, stir into the marinade with pepper and sugar. Pour over the salad, let it steep for 20-30 minutes and serve. Mix the parsley, dill and chives with the sour cream and pour over the finished salad.
  2. Fresh, dark farmer`s bread tastes best with this lush salad.
