Instructions

  1. Wash the lettuce, spin dry and cut into very fine strips.
  2. Mix the mayonnaise with the onions, lemon juice, powdered sugar and honey and stir in the hard-boiled egg, finely chopped. Mix with the salad.
  3. Tastes excellent with fish and mashed potatoes. A little tip: we like to mix the salad with the puree delicious on the plate!
