Instructions

  1. Cut the endive salad into fine strips, wash and dry. Peel, core and dice the pears. Roast the walnuts in a pan without fat.
  2. For the dressing, mix balsamic vinegar, pear juice, nut oil, salt and pepper.
  3. Mix the endive strips and the pears. Pour the dressing on top. Scatter the nuts on top and serve the salad.
