Instructions

  1. Peel the apple, remove the casing, grate finely or cut into sticks. Cut the walnut kernels in two or four parts. Mix all of this in a salad bowl with the cleaned, thoroughly washed, finely chopped lettuce. Make a marinade of vinegar, oil, salt and sugar to taste, pour over the salad and let it steep.
