Instructions

  1. Clean the endive salad and remove the thick stalk. Wash the leaves in cold water and spin dry. Cut into strips one and a half centimeters wide. Cut the chives into fine rolls. Peel the orange with a sharp knife so that the white skin is completely removed. cut out the fruit fillets between the separating skins, collecting the juice over a bowl.
  2. Mix 4-6 tablespoons of orange juice, lemon juice and cream yoghurt in a bowl. Season with salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar. Mix in the lettuce, orange fillets and chives.
