Instructions

  1. Wash the endive salad and cut into fine strips. Peel the oranges, cut out wedges and quarter the wedges. Cut the radishes into slices. Open the walnuts with a nutcracker and chop them up.
  2. Prepare a vinaigrette from the oils, the balsamic vinegar and the remaining ingredients.
  3. Put the ingredients in a bowl and mix carefully with the vinaigrette.
