Instructions

  1. Clean the endive salad and cut into fine strips. Wash the cut lettuce in lukewarm water to soften the bitter substances. Spin the lettuce dry and place in a large bowl. Quarter the pomegranate and carefully remove the seeds. Mix the pomegranate seeds into the salad.
  2. Mix the maple syrup, balsamic vinegar, water and lemon juice into a dressing and pour over the salad. Serve immediately.
  3. Freshly baked baguette goes well with it.
