some oil
some vinegar
some condensed milk
some salt and pepper
some parsley, fresh, finely chopped

Instructions
Mix a dressing from oil, vinegar, condensed milk, salt, pepper and parsley. Work in the potatoes and add the onion cubes.
Mix everything well and season again to taste. Carefully fold in the endive salad.
