Instructions

  1. Hard boil the egg. Cut the endive salad into strips, chop the tomatoes and put both in a bowl.
  2. Make a marinade from olive oil, lemon juice and the spices. Finely chop the egg and anchovy fillets and mix with the marinade.
  3. Gently mix the salad with the marinade.
