Instructions

  1. Cut the endive salad without the stalk into strips approx. 5 mm wide and wash in lukewarm water (leave to stand, dissolves the bitter substances).
  2. For the dressing mix the vinegar with the spices, add the onion, then the sour cream and cream or some oil and mix. Season to taste and mix with the drained strips of lettuce.
