Instructions

  1. Carrots and apples, wash, core and grate coarsely with a vegetable slicer. Mix in a little lemon juice. Prepare a dressing from oil, honey, yogurt (or sour cream), salt and pepper, pour over the salad and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
