Instructions

  1. Spread the French fries in the preheated oven on baking paper and heat for between 15 and 20 minutes, depending on the type.
  2. For the vegan scrambled eggs, grate the tofu, mix with the soy cream and a good pinch of turmeric (for color and taste) and a pinch of guar gum (for better thickening). Place in a pan with heated oil and fry for 3-5 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and chives.
  3. Quarter tomatoes and mushrooms and fry in a pan with heated oil on all sides for a total of 5 minutes. I usually use less oil and add one to two tablespoons of water and salt and pepper after two minutes. Slowly heat the baked beans in a saucepan (10 minutes) while stirring. Do not bring to the boil.
  4. Cut the smoked tofu into thin slices and fry in a pan with hot oil together with the tofu mini viennese for 5 minutes. Brush the toast slices with margarine on both sides and fry in a separate pan without oil for 2 minutes on each side.
  5. Finally, arrange the baked beans, vegan scrambled eggs, seared mushrooms and tomatoes as well as the french fries on a spacious plate. Place the fried smoked tofu slices on top of the scrambled eggs. Add the tofu mini Viennese, ketchup, HP Brown Sauce and the fried toast (cut in a triangle shape) to the edge of the plate and serve everything together.
  6. This goes well with orange juice and black tea / English breakfast tea with soy drink.

  8. In Great Britain and especially in multicultural London, it is sometimes easier for vegetarians and vegans to get delicious cooking ingredients - most supermarkets display their goods accordingly and often offer their own display areas for different diets and eating cultures. The Full English Breakfast is ideal for a vegan breakfast simply because a large part of its ingredients (except sausages, black pudding and eggs, of course) are vegetable. However, the preparation poses a certain logistical challenge due to the many components and requires juggling with pots and pans.
