Put the soft (possibly soft) margarine in a bowl, mix the sugar with the ginger powder and work in. Mix the flour with the baking powder and work everything into a firm, slightly sticky dough. I always mix everything with my hands.
Shape walnut-sized balls, place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Flatten the balls crosswise with a fork that is moistened with a little water (height approx. 1 cm). The amount is enough for about 1 tray.
Bake at 200 ° C top / bottom heat in the preheated oven in the middle for about 12-15 minutes. Let cool and store tightly closed. (They last a long time in Tupperware and stay crispy.)
