Instructions

  1. Wash the strawberries and cut them into not too thin slices. Line a flat baking dish with ladyfingers and soak in Baileys (the amount is a matter of taste). Spread the strawberries on the soaked biscuits. Mix the creme fraiche with 1 tablespoon of sugar and spread it on the strawberries.
  2. Sort the mint leaves and grind them finely in the food processor together with the granulated sugar (the consistency should be similar to powdered sugar, the color clearly green, so not too sparing with the mint). Sprinkle the mint sugar over the tiramisu using a small sieve and refrigerate for a few hours.
  3. Alternatively (if children are also eating) the ladyfingers can also be soaked with a little cocoa (1 teaspoon of cocoa and 1-2 teaspoons of sugar for 1 cup of milk).
