Instructions

  1. Peel the onions, cut them first into slices and then into small pieces. Cut the crispy sausages into thin slices. Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices.
  2. Let the margarine melt in the pot. Sauté the onion cubes at a low temperature until they are translucent. Put the potato slices and sausage slices in the saucepan and pour the milk over them. Mix the tomato paste with the cream and also add to the saucepan. Season with salt and pepper and cook over low heat for 15 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle with chives before serving.
