Instructions

  1. First cut the pickles into small cubes and then fry the minced meat seasoned with salt and pepper in a large saucepan with olive oil. Add the hot stock, the ketchup and the diced cucumber. If you want, you can also use the sieved cucumber water. Season well with the spices mentioned above.
  2. Let everything simmer for 20-30 minutes before stirring in the sweet or sour cream and the beans (with bean water). Depending on your taste, add seasoning.
  3. Tip: If you prepare the soup the day before, the taste is even more intense and delicious the next day!
