Instructions

  1. Prepare a roasting pan for the oven and place the chicken in it. Brush the chicken with the oil and then rub the spices and herbs well (use your hands to rub the herbs and spices really well). Make sure the chicken is covered all over and don`t skimp on the salt. Important: Salt and rub the chicken inside too!
  2. Now the chicken comes into the tube for 30 minutes at 180 ° C. Then it is turned over and fried for another 40 minutes. When the chicken is nice and brown, remove it from the oven and divide it with poultry shears.
  3. Attention: If the gravy is used, please add a little butter 20 minutes before the end of the cooking time and possibly stir in 1 tablespoon of honey at the end.
