Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate with the butter in a double boiler.
  2. Bring the cream and espresso powder to the boil and then gradually mix into the melted chocolate.
  3. Season with orange liqueur and cardamom and fill into espresso cups (only halfway).
  4. Chill (approx. 2 hours)
