Instructions
- Dissolve the sugar in the coffee and place in a pan with the cream: heat briefly (but should not boil) and then remove from the stove.
- Soften the gelatine in cold water, then pour it into the coffee-cream mixture and stir well.
- Fill into molds and refrigerate for at least 5 hours.
- To serve, rinse the molds briefly with hot water, then turn them out.
- Garnish with whipped cream and a coffee bean if you like,

- the specified amount is sufficient for approx. 4 servings in small molds, filled in espresso cups it is sufficient for 8 servings
