Instructions

  1. Cut the onions, red onions and shallots into rings. If you want, you can cut them into half rings. Warning: do not use cubes!
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the three kinds of onions in it over medium heat. Halfway through the roasting time, add the meat loaf to the pan and fry until golden brown on both sides.
  3. As soon as everything is seared, cut open the rolls and garnish the lower half with the three sorts of things. Then place the meat loaf on top.
  4. Tip: It also tastes great with a little mustard on the underside of the top half of the bun.
