Instructions

  1. Put the cream in the fridge. Peel the bananas. Cut 1 banana into thin slices. Mash the other banana in a bowl using a fork.
  2. Put the meringue in a plastic bag and beat it into small pieces with a heavy object, e.g. a pan. It is also possible to crumble the meringue with your hands. Wash the mint, pluck the leaves and finely chop 2/3.
  3. Pour the well-chilled cream into a clean bowl and beat until stiff with a whisk or hand mixer. Not too long or it will turn into butter!
  4. Now carefully fold the meringue, mashed banana, chocolate sprinkles and chopped mint into the cream.
  5. Divide half of the cream mixture between two glasses / bowls, layer half of the banana slices on top and pour the rest of the cream mixture on top. Decorate with the remaining banana slices and mint leaves.
  6. 485 Kcal per serving.
