Instructions

  1. Mix the oat flakes with the cocoa and cinnamon. Then add the milk. Mash the banana with a fork and stir in. Place in the microwave for 3 - 4 minutes. Top with coconut blossom sugar and enjoy.
  2. Note: I have this every morning before work. I use milk with 0.1% fat. It can be done quickly and is super variable.
  3. 350 Kcal per serving.
