Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into french-sized sticks. Cut the peppers and onions into cubes. Sweat the whole thing in a saucepan, add a splash of tomato paste and deglaze with the tomatoes. Let it boil once.
  2. Now put in a baking dish and baked with the cheese. It goes very well with pork loin steaks or schnitzel.
