Instructions

  1. Peel the raw potatoes, cut into slices and fry in olive oil. Stir occasionally. Meanwhile, quarter the zucchini lengthways, cut them crosswise into pieces, add them and season with salt and pepper. Stir occasionally. Then add plenty of onion rings. They are also fried for about 10 minutes. Finally the pot is covered and everything is simmered for about 10 minutes on a low heat, until the potatoes are cooked.
  2. If you like, you can also add a few cubes of bacon.
  3. These simple vegetables go well with minced meatballs, steaks or raw ham.
