Instructions

  1. Bring the pasta to a boil in a large saucepan.
  2. Drain the mandarins and the pineapple pieces and collect the juice. In a large bowl, stir the Miracle Whip with part of the amniotic fluid until a creamy, not too thick, rather slightly liquid mixture is obtained. Now season with a lot of Chinese spices, you should taste the dressing stronger because the noodles swallow a lot of aroma!
  3. Drain the pasta and mix with the dressing while it is still warm.
  4. Clean the leek and cut into fine rings, finely chop the onions - add to the pasta salad together with the fruit and mix carefully.
  5. Chill for 3-4 hours (the longer it steeps, the more aromatic the salad becomes), then stir and, if necessary, season again with Chinese spices and refine with a little amniotic fluid.
  6. Is a MUST at each of our barbecues !!!!

  8. I usually decorate the salad with a little leek, which is cut into very fine strips. If you like it spicy, you can chop a red chilli pepper (remove the seeds) very, very finely and mix it with the dressing! But beware! Season to taste in between, otherwise your guests will spit fire!
