Put the fruits and grated peel on top with lemon and lime juice as well as a little sugar and leave to stand in the refrigerator with 0.5 l of ginger ale for about 1 hour. Then add pineapple and passion fruit juice, the rest of the ginger ale and top up with soda water and ice cubes.
Serve ice cold.
As decoration, stick half a pineapple slice and a mint leaf on a cocktail stick and place in the glass. Cut the remaining pineapple into pieces and add to the punch.
