- Peel all the fruits. Stone the mango and apricot. Core the papaya. Roughly dice the pulp of all fruits. Roughly chop the walnuts.
- Puree everything with the orange juice until smooth. Then add the honey to taste and puree again briefly.
- Fill the smoothie into 4 glasses and serve immediately.
- Tip:
- If you like, you can decorate the glasses, e.g. with a sugar rim or fruit.
- Puree a few ice cubes, then it will cool down nicely.
- Instead of walnuts, other types of nuts can also be used.
