Peel and finely chop the onion. Peel and press the garlic. Fry them together in a little oil. Add tomato paste and sweat. Add tomatoes and oregano and season with salt, pepper and paprika. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
Place the tortilla flatbread on a baking sheet and brush with the tomato sauce. Now cover the topping as you like, but not too much. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for about 15 minutes. Tomato sauce is left over and is enough for more pizza.
